Skyridge High School, play the french horn.
Warmup then 5 at 6:34 average.
Warmup then 2x100,200,300,400 hill ladder. Cool down to 6.
Warmup, bike for 20 mins, then 3 at 6:33 average.
Warmup then a three mile steady state run. Average was 5:57 and felt really good. Watch out I'm coming.
